Assembly and Collective Worship this term

Although we cannot physically come together as a whole school faith community at the moment, we are still able to have a full and active prayer and worship life.

Each Monday and Friday, we come all together via video conferencing on the interactive whiteboards to  pray together and explore the week's gospel.

Mrs Fender leads the 'assembly' and children contribute just as they usually would. Although we are not singing hymns ('praying twice' as St Augustine would say) we still have the opportunity to reflect and worship through music and video.

Year group bubbles are meeting together to celebrate and, in classes, children plan and lead their own collective worship.

Blessed be the Gentle-a reflection based on the Beatitudes to share at home with your families.
