Each year we select two pupils from each class to be Restorative Ambassadors. This means that they select a break time or lunch time duty where they are on hand for pupils who have no one to play with or to help with minor disagreements. We usually recruit them at the start of each year and they are required to attend meetings and share suggestions on how to improve our school and support well-being. These pupils are also highly involved in the planning and delivery of our PSHE Curriculum and often share their activities and feedback from class sessions in whole school assemblies.
