This week, explore what microorganisms are and how you can group them.
Read the slides, then on worksheet 5C, answer the questions to complete the fact file about microorganisms.
Or, design an information poster/leaflet about Microorganisms and how they can stop diseases and infections from being spread.
This week asks you to explore your local area to see what organisms you can find. Record them on the sheet (or make your own!) and you could even create 'Top Trumps' style information cards. If you can't get out and about, why not conduct research about different organisms your favourite country.
This week focuses on bears and asks you to conduct research and write a short report all about them. Below you will find information on how to set out your report and some information on bears to get you started. If you would prefer to do a report on another animal (or any organism really!), then please feel free. To inspire you, we have also put a link to an wonderful site featuring a wide array of sea creatures that you could choose from.
